About Us:
322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House, a vibrant and growing culinary destination, is led by the award-winning chef entrepreneur David Wiederholt. With locations in North Wilmington, DE; Mullica Hill, NJ; and Swedesboro, NJ, we offer a unique dining experience combining a donut shop, butcher shop, BBQ, and bar. We're excited to expand our team and are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Position Available:
- Assistant Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the management team on menu offerings, marketing initiatives, and customer service strategies.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and budgeting.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant management role.
- Transportation: Must have reliable means of transportation.
- Availability: Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and excellent customer service skills.
- Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
